Dear RSU 1 Community and Beyond,
As we finish our first full week of hosting students at the new Dike-Newell School, I’d like to take a moment and thank you for all of your support to make this happen! Students are smiling, the halls and walls are friendly and bright, and it is difficult to remember what it previously looked like because of the hard work of our staff and community.
From the donations to the offers of help, your generosity and hopefulness have been positively overwhelming. All funds raised by the Bath PTA and our RSU 1 donation page have been moved into a special purpose fund where they will go directly to support teachers and staff to acknowledge their hard work and to purchase additional supplies and equipment for staff and students. Your generosity has greatly impacted our ability to move forward and we could not be more grateful.
