The future with the future! Seniors (Class of 2022) from the Bath Tech childcare with their preschoolers (Class of 2035!)

Last Monday, our Woolwich 6th graders put on a mini-performance for the Pre-K - grade 2 students! A great experience for the performers as well as their audience!

Second graders at Phippsburg School celebrated Valentine's Day last week by getting creative! They created these great Valentine's Day bags and shared cards with friends!

"GATE Day" for all RSU 1 4th and 5th gifted and talented students took place at BMS last week. During this trip they studied the nervous system and created a human nervous system circuit with their bodies and a tennis ball!

HAPPY 100th DAY OF SCHOOL! The staff & students at Dike-Newell got into the 100th day spirit today!

To celebrate the Year of the Tiger, Morse students used a variety of skills to create tigers for the Unified Literacy Art Gallery located in the Library!

The Cosmetology program at Bath Tech is in full swing and has been a wonderful addition to their offerings! These students are mastering so many skills - last week their focus was on curvature and volume.

Before the warm weather melted most of our snow away, our students enjoyed the snow anytime they safely could! In these pictures, some WCS and PES students do what winter kids do best - PLAY!

Students at Fisher-Mitchell had fun last week as they experimented with Voltaic Piles in a science unit about electricity!

Morse High School & Bath Tech received a generous donation of water bottles from the Midcoast Youth Center! These pair nicely with the bottle filling stations available throughout the school!

Our Woolwich Wildcats held a food drive for the Bath Area Food Bank last week! Their item of choice was pasta and they crushed their goal! Great job WCS!

Last week Bath Tech automotive students displayed their knowledge and skills at a Ford Competition! A huge thank you to the staff at Darling's Ford, Brunswick for hosting our students!

Rehearsals are in full swing for the MHS One Act play! Stay tuned for information on their performance coming this spring!

2nd Graders at DNS participated in World Read-Aloud Day last week. They listened to two live reading sessions with authors who answered questions and did a shared reading with classes from around the United States!

This week, Bath Tech hosted an open house for prospective students and had a great turnout! Lots of new faces interested in Career & Technical Education - the future is bright!

Whether they're 4 or 14, kids across the district got some sledding in this week! Pictured here is a group of Pre-K students from Phippsburg enjoying the fresh powder and a group of 8th graders from BMS combining sledding with a physics learning unit!
