Regional School Unit 1 invites potential vendors to submit proposals to provide school transportation services starting in September 2021. Interested bidders may obtain bid specifications and submission forms by contacting Annmarie Harkins at aharkins@rsu1.org or (207)443-6601x116 Proposals will be accepted until Friday, March 19th, 2021 at 12:00 noon.

The Maine Department of Education has asked that we share this internet speedtest project with residents of RSU1. The goal is to identify where Maine needs to invest in improving internet connectivity. Please note that you do NOT have to provide your street address. The RSU1 School Board met Monday night and approved a plan for Dike-Newell and Fisher-Mitchell students to return to 100% attendance & in-person learning in January! We all know this school year most things are very different than in years past, but one thing hasn't changed and that is our staff's passion & dedication to what they do! Because of this the Dike-Newell School Whipped Cream Robot (pictured) still managed to visit both cohorts during lunchtime this week to top off their Halloween desserts with Whipped Cream!
